I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was lovely. The location is prime, right on the beach, perfect for enjoying the natural beauty. However, the dining options could be improved, and some facilities seemed outdated.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and seemed perfect for families, but unfortunately, they had a musty, moldy odor that was quite unpleasant. I loved the wrap-around lanai and the functional kitchen, though.
The hotel's location is ideal, directly on the beach and just a short walk to CVS, Santini Plaza, and the trolley stop. The rooms were very clean but could benefit from some updating. Despite being next to the trash chute, the stay was comfortable. The service provided by friendly and helpful staff like Tylor was a highlight, although encounters with rude behavior were noted. The dining options included nearby were appreciated, however, the low areas of standing water with a smell near the property were a drawback.
